…Step back in time with me and imagine for a moment, I’m in my early 70’s, on a long-sled snowmobile, I’m hauling a sled full of wood back to camp, I have my dog with and the sun is going down. I still have a little ways to go to get to camp and the trail ahead is becoming less and less visible as I wind through the trees.
Then it happened! One late turn and I was off the trail in waste deep snow. I was stuck, and stuck good! …All I wanted was a block and tackle or even a snatch block to help get me unstuck and back on the trail. And with one, it would have been fairly easy, instead of impossible as it was.
